CTN for Togo

- Freight Invoice Copies(Freight invoice is mandatory if the freight value is not mentioned in the commercial invoice)
- Import Declaration( The importors has to provide this document. Cars and personal effects are exempted from import declaration. Transaction ID cannot be exchanged after validation . A sample is attached.)
Timeline
1. The ECTN must be validated at the latest 5 days before the vessel arrives at the destination.
2. Since the CTN is validated by the authorities in the destination country, the process from submitting a request to final validation can take 3-5 days.
